Here’s a nutty product that is sold by Latest Buy in Australia. These golf balls will in theory help you find your golf ball regardless of lighting. There are of course instances in which a flashing ball will have zero impact upon your ability to retrieve it. Deep water and out of bounds fences come to mind.
